PINDANG CUMI

BAHAN :
1 kg cumi, bersihkan ( squid, cleaned )
1 tbsp air jeruk nipis ( lime juice )
1,5 ltr air ( water )
garam secukupnya( salt to taste )
5 buah bawang merah ,kupas,bakar ( eschalots, peeled, grilled )
3 cabai merah, bakar ( big red chillies , grilled )
50 gr asam , bakar ( tamarind , grilled )
3 cm kunyit, bakar ( turmeric, grilled )
2 pcs salam ( bay leaves )
10 tbsp kecap manis ( sweet soy sauce )

CARA MEMASAK :
1. Lumuri cumi dengan air jeruk nipis ( drizzle squid with lime juice )
2. Didihkan air dipanci, masukkan cumi dan semua bahan, didihkan dan masak sampai kuahnya kental. Masak kira- kira 20 menit ( Put water in a saucepan, bring to boil, drop squid and all ingredients , stirr until soup boil and thickens.Cook about 20 minutes )
