BEEF STEAK

BEEF STEAK

BAHAN : ( INGREDIENTS : )
300 gr daging sapi untuk steak ( rib eye steak )
2 buah kentang, kupas ( potatoes, peeled )
150 gr sayuran campur beku , direbus ( frozen mixed vegetables , boiled )
2 tbsp mentega ( butter )
1 cup kaldu/air ( stock /water )
1 tbsp terigu ( plain flour )
1 tbsp anggur /brandy ( wine / brandy )
minyak untuk menggoreng ( oil for deep frying )
garam dan lada ( salt and pepper )

CARA MEMBUAT : ( METHOD : )
1. Mentega dipanaskan di penggorengan, masak dagingnya 4 menit tiap sisi, atau menurut selera ,setelah matang angkat dan bubuhi garam dan lada. ( Melt the butter in a frying pan, cook the steak 4 minutes each side or to your liking , season with salt and pepper , lift out the steak place on the plate).

2. Kentang di potong memanjang dan dilap agar kering, goreng sampai kuning, angkat dan taruh diatas tissue, bubuhi garam . ( Cut potatoes into long chips, rub dry, fry until lightly golden , lift out and drain on paper towel, season with salt to taste ).

3. Masukkan tepung dipenggorengan bekas daging, kalau perlu tambahkan mentega ,aduk hingga berwarna kecoklatan. Masukkan kaldu ,anggur dan aduk terus sampai kuahnya mendidih dan kental, saring. ( Add the flour into the steakpan, stir until the paste is a golden brown. Add the stock, wine, slowly wisk until the gravy boils and thickens, sieve it through a strainer ).

4. Hidangkan dagingnya dengan kentang goreng, sayuran yang telah direbus . (Serve the steak , chips and mix vegetables with the sauce ).
